First and foremost, Bristol Farms is a supermarket, and more specifically, a specialty grocer with no shortage of some of the finest produce this side of one’s kitchen.
Bristol Farm’s selection of imported and local products always includes thousands of natural and organic items, as well as a vibrant floral selection. But now, the store’s fresh fruits and veggies are only a stone’s throw – or maybe a banana or a Fuji apple — from Newfound Market’s tastebud-tempting Food Hall. (See for yourself way by peering towards the back of this photo.)
Here are three of Newfound’s five fast-casual restaurants — Horton’s, Swell and Rooted.
Horton’s Hot Chicken has dishes like black-tea brined Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich to the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich with kimchi aioli to the Malibu Bar-B Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
What says New England seafood better than a lobster roll? The restaurant concept Swell serves up beachside food like Peruvian ceviche, fresh Baja fish tacos, New England clam chowder to, of course, Maine-style lobster rolls.
At Rooted, there are plant-based plates: Seasonal vegan dishes with local produce. Clockwise from top left: the Macro Bowl, Toast with cucumber and watermelon radish, Kimchi Fritters, and the Ocean Bowl with spirulina-laced coconut yogurt.
The European café-inspired Heart & Hand offers La Colombe coffee in a coffee shop style setting. Other menu items include smoothies, fresh-pressed organic juices, acai bowls, shake bombs with Straus Creamery and Oatly soft serves, and brunch items.
Newfound Market’s prepared foods don’t end with its seven restaurants. Customers can step up to the sandwich counter…
…or the full-service seafood counter. In addition, customers craving carbs can shop the bakery for French classics, everyday treats and customized celebration cakes.
And what would a specialty grocer be without enough cheese choices to make a cheesehead’s head spin?
Newfound Market’s beverage selection ranges from hydrating and healthy…
…to heady with a kick, for both the beginner and the connoisseur.
Finally, what better way to get customers interested than with a sampling station.
Bristol Farms is making every effort to get the good times rolling at Newfound Market, from good and good-for-you restaurant fare to its bread-and-butter grocery business.
