TYLER, Texas — Brookshire Grocery Co. has launched a baby club.

Parents with a child under the age of 3 are eligible for membership, which includes a welcome gift, a birthday gift, monthly e-newsletters with tips and promotional offers, and other exclusive savings. In addition, club members can earn 100 bonus “yourpoints” on every $50 of qualifying baby purchases made in a single transaction.

To celebrate the commencement of Brookshire’s Baby Club the company has launched a photo contest to find its future “spokes-baby.” The deadline to submit photo entries is April 16. All entries will be put up to a public vote through May 3. Shoppers who register and/or vote earn entries into a sweepstakes drawing for 5,000 yourpoints. The photo receiving the most votes will win the grand prize, which includes a $10,000 savings bond and spokes-baby status. In addition, 19 runners-up will receive 5,000 yourpoints.
