Roundy’s director John R. Willis has resigned from the company’s board of directors.
Willis’ resignation will be effective on Dec. 31, according to a company filing with the SEC.
Willis, a 10% owner, has served as a Roundy’s director since 2002. Willis was the managing partner of Willis Stein & Partners, the chain’s private equity partner.
