Kroger Installs Self-Use Screening Kiosks

CINCINNATI — After a successful pilot in hundreds of stores, Kroger Co. will roll out HealthCenter self-use health screening kiosks to all 1,950 pharmacy locations by early next year.

Provided by Stayhealthy, the Kroger HealthCenter kiosks assess blood pressure, weight, body composition, body mass index, color vision and have the ability to upload blood glucose numbers and other biometric results.

Customers are able to create personal health record accounts to chart their progress on Kroger.com. They can also access health information and solutions designed to help them in their personal health and fitness goals.
