SALISBURY, N.C. — Food Lion on Wednesday launched a new advertising campaign highlighting its long-standing attributes of everyday low price and convenience.
The “Great Price Hunters” ads remind shoppers that they do not have to hunt from store to store for great prices.
New television ads that broke yesterday use hunting as analogy. In one ad, a family chases a wedge of cheddar cheese through a forest with nets. Another shows shopping carts mingling around a watering hole while a family waits to pounce on one within their budget.
Food Lion partnered with its Atlanta-based advertising agency, Ames Scullin O’Haire, on the campaign, which also includes print, radio, online and outdoor components.
