EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has introduced a line of fresh vegetable meal ideas called “Made Easy” that incorporates 39 types of salads and kits, micro-steamers and chopped vegetables.
Like the retailer’s Ready to Cook line of vegetables, Made Easy products have a new label that explains the number of servings per package and how that fits into a person’s total daily recommended allotment of vegetables.

“Fresh & Easy is always looking for ways to help customers solve the nagging question of ‘what’s for dinner tonight,’” Chief Customer Officer John Burry said in a statement. “Not only does Made Easy help with easy meal solutions, but it also aims to help customers make sure they are eating enough fruits and vegetables throughout the day.”
New items in the Made Easy line include kale salad, a spinach bacon salad kit and broccoli coleslaw.
