SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Piggly Wiggly Midwest here on Monday announced plans to open a new Piggly Wiggly store in Genoa, Ill.

The store was previously operated as Brown’s County Market. It is expected to open in May. 

“We are excited to bring Piggly Wiggly to Genoa,” Paul Butera, owner of Piggly Wiggly Midwest said in a statement. “Customers are going to love our products and the weekly specials.”

Piggly Wiggly Midwest will now supply 101 Piggly Wiggly supermarkets in the greater Wisconsin and northern Illinois areas, as well as nine Butera Market stores and two Eurofresh stores in the Chicagoland area.
