HARRISBURG, Penn. -- "Easy Home Meals with Frozen Food" is the theme for March 1999's National Frozen Food Month promotion, said the National Frozen Food Association here.
"We think the 1999 theme clearly illustrates and boldly suggests to consumers that the frozen food department is addressing their needs and has easy, delicious, convenient and nutritious solutions to the daily 'what's for dinner' dilemma," noted Nevin Montgomery, NFFA president.
As part of the promotion, NFFA has created a new web site for meal solutions. The site, www.easyhomemeals.com, will deliver enjoyable, interactive experiences with consumers and give them useful tools to plan menus and organize home meal solutions with frozen food. The site will also promote participating sponsor products throughout the year. In addition, the NFFA web site, www.nffa.org, will remain a source of general information.
