Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. and CS First Boston, both based in New York, are underwriting the offering by JJ Acquisitions Corp. According to published reports, JJ Acquisitions Corp. was formed specifically to acquire Jitney. Jitney executives could not be reached for comment.
