LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Upsetthe Editor: I was very surprised to see the letter "Seeing Change at Fleming" [SN, Sept. 28, 1998] in your "Letters to the Editor" space.I was very displeased with the content of the letter, but I was more upset with the fact that you decided to print this type of letter. Is this a forum for disgruntled people to voice their displeasure with whatever or whomever? I enjoy reading your magazine

the Editor: I was very surprised to see the letter "Seeing Change at Fleming" [SN, Sept. 28, 1998] in your "Letters to the Editor" space.

I was very displeased with the content of the letter, but I was more upset with the fact that you decided to print this type of letter. Is this a forum for disgruntled people to voice their displeasure with whatever or whomever? I enjoy reading your magazine weekly, but I may have to skip over the "complaints department" section.

A Job Well Done

To the Editor: On behalf of Nature's Northwest, I would like to thank you for the outstanding job [editors] did on the articles in the Sept. 21, 1998, SN. What a spread!

Not only were we pleased with the extensive coverage, but also with the accurate depiction of what we are trying to do.
