JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie Stores has named Robert Mould vice president of grocery. Mould most recently was vice president of category management at Bi-Lo and is a former employee of H.E. Butt Grocery Co. At Winn-Dixie, Mould will be responsible for the sales and merchandising of all grocery, dairy and frozen foods. Additionally, Winn-Dixie said Matt Gutermuth has been promoted to group vice president, non-perishables, and will oversee Center Store, general merchandise, corporate brands and pricing functions. He previously was vice president of Center Store. Mary Kellmanson has been promoted to group vice president of marketing. Kellmanson, formerly vice president, will lead all marketing functions. Frank Thurlow and Mike Krage, directors of meat and seafood, and produce, respectively, have been named vice presidents, and Cindy Hanauer, director of floral, is now group director of floral.
ROBINSON CHAIRS GA. ASSOCIATION
SALISBURY, N.C. — Tom Robinson, vice president and chief operating officer of Harveys Supermarkets here, has been named chairman of the Georgia Food Industry Association. He will serve as chairman for a two-year term. The GFIA is a trade association representing Georgia's grocers and suppliers to legislators and regulatory agencies. It has more than 200 retail members and 12 wholesale members. In his role with GFIA, Robinson will oversee all board operations and activities. At Harveys, Robinson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's retail stores and distribution network. Prior to joining the Harveys banner, he was vice president of retail operations for the Central and Southern divisions of Food Lion, Harveys' sister chain.
