MAULDIN, S.C. — Randall Onstead on Monday was named chairman of the board and interim chief executive officer of Bi-Lo LLC here. Onstead, a former CEO of the Dominick’s and Randalls chains, will succeed Brian Hotarek, who announced his retirement effective Dec. 31. Hotarek, a 30-year veteran of the grocery industry, was named CEO of Bi-Lo two years ago. Onstead is currently a member of the Bi-Lo board of directors.
