BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Bruno’s Supermarkets lost $4.9 million on sales of $40 million during the month of March, the retailer said in a monthly operating report filed with U.S. Bankruptcy Court here. Bruno’s is set to conduct a court auction of its assets later this week.
