MONTVALE, N.J. — A&P here said Bobbie Gaunt has resigned from the company's board of directors.
The company did not release any further information, and could not be reached for further comment.
Gaunt was listed as one of seven independent directors on A&P's board in the company's most recent proxy filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. She was previously president and chief executive officer of the Ford Motor Co. of Canada.
