NEW YORK — A Fairway store not only sells steaks, but also cooks them to order.
At the retailer’s Brooklyn store, shoppers can select a steak in the store, pay for it and then bring it to the store’s outdoor “Patio Grill,” where it will be grilled for free.
"You can have your steak and eat it, too!” the retailer states on its Facebook page.
Overlooking the Statue of Liberty, the waterfront grill serves a variety of barbecue fare, including hamburgers and hotdogs.

Any other type of meat purchased at the store will also be grilled for free.
The grill is open Saturdays and Sundays through September.
