The retailer was hit with a lawsuit last week which contends that the fish market inside its newly opened Manhattan location is a knockoff of an existing East Village fish and sushi business called Osakana.

In other news, CVS and Walgreens, the two largest U.S. pharmacy chains, will start dispensing the abortion pill mifepristone this month, a step that received praise from President Joe Biden.
Officials at CVS and Walgreens told Supermarket News Wednesday that they had received certification to dispense mifepristone under guidelines that the Food and Drug Administration issued last year.
