Price Chopper Adds Senior VP
ce Chopper Supermarkets here has appointed Tom Nowack senior vice president of information systems.
In this new position, Nowack's responsibilities include overseeing all technology issues related to information systems, financial services and operational engineering. He reports to Lewis Golub, chairman and chief executive officer of Price Chopper.
Nowack joined Price Chopper 20 years ago and most recently served as director of management information systems.
Genuardi's Names VP of IT
NORRISTOWN, Pa. -- Genuardi's Family Markets here named Maria Fidelibus vice president of information technology, a new post.
Fidelibus works closely with the management information systems department and reports to Hank Mullany, chief operating officer.
She joined Genuardi's in 1990 and most recently held the position of director of MIS.
Minyard Taps Merchandiser
COPPELL, Texas -- Steve Killebrew has been named vice president of merchandising at Minyard Food Stores here. Killibrew was vice president of Carnival Food Stores, a division of Minyard Food Stores.
Killibrew succeeds Gary Price, who has been named vice president of category management.
Nob Hill Appoints Manager
GILROY, Calif. -- Frank Masoni has been named to the new position of schematic manager at Nob Hill Foods here. Masoni had been category manager. His prior responsibilities have been divided among the five other category managers.
