AMSTERDAM — Ahold here on Wednesday launched a website detailing progress along on its “Reshaping Retail” strategy.
The site, 2012yearreviewahold.com, includes a series of videos highlighting various aspects of its strategy including efforts to improve shopper loyalty; expand geographic reach through acquisitions; broaden appeal through Internet shopping options; reduce costs; improve employee training; and increase charitable giving.
The site also reviews Ahold’s previously announced financial performance for 2012.
