MODESTO, Calif. — Save Mart Supermarkets here Friday said it has hired two high-level executives: Greg Hill as chief financial officer (pictured right) and Eric J. Nadworny as chief human resources officer and chief legal officer (pictured below right).
Hill will oversee finance, information technology, business analytics, strategy and business development and internal audit functions. He succeeds Stephen Ackerman, who retired in early August. The company did not indicate where Hill was working before joining Save Mart nor what his title was.
Nadworny's title is a new one at Save Mart. He will be responsible for overseeing human resources, labor relations, risk management, compliance and legal functions. Although the company said he had previously worked for Shaw's (when it was part of Sainsbury) and BJ's Wholesale Club, as well as Ross Stores, it did not indicate his previous job and job title.
