SN has launched its first annual Supermarket News Refrigeration Survey, which looks at the refrigeration practices within food retailers.
Food retailers and wholesalers with corporate stores are invited to answer as many questions as possible. The information will be completely confidential, unless the respondent chooses to identify his or her company in the last question. All of the data will be combined to produce an overall assessment.
The input will help Supermarket News provide the industry with a sense of how far food retailers have come in refrigeration.
