PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market said Wednesday that underwriters of its secondary stock offering would exercise their option to buy 2.55 million shares of its stock.
The purchase will increase the number of shares sold in the offering to 19.55 million, which would raise a total of $723.4 million.
Sprouts majority owner Apollo Capital Management would receive around $377.4 million of the total.
