Safeway Hosts Cupcake Wars

PLEASANTON, Calif. — The Safeway Chef Assistant mobile app now comes with a virtual cupcake decorating game that lets users frost, decorate and share their creations.

Introduced last year, the app provides grilling recipes, directions for preparing Safeway’s exclusive 2-Hour Turkey Recipe, cooking timers and more.

The app is compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
