PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway is promoting the launch of its Pinterest page with a daily $50 giveaway.
“Not only has Safeway launched a Pinterest page, but we’re announcing our first-ever Pinterest sweepstakes,” the official Safeway blog reads.
The retailer will award a $50 Safeway gift card once per day through Jan. 2. The promotion launched Dec. 11.
Shoppers can enter the “Pin2Win” contest by accessing the Pinterest app from the Safeway Facebook page, and “pinning” a recipe. Pinners can enter every day for another chance to win.
Pinterest is an online pinboard that lets members create and manage theme-based image collections such as recipes, hobbies and more.
