Interactions, the retail services and product demonstrations subsidiary of private label sales and marketing agency Daymon Worldwide, said Tuesday it had named David Zierman director of insights.
Zierman, who will be based in San Diego, will lead the company’s market research efforts, including managing primary data collected via mystery shopping, customer intercept surveys, web-based and other electronic surveys, and retail audits.
Prior to joining Interactions, Zierman was director of insight solutions for QuestBack, a multinational software-as-a-service and enterprise feedback management company that specializes in survey tools, custom panels, and social web research. At QuestBack, Zierman led sales and market research for the company’s technology, financial services and automotive clients.
“David has a great track record of developing successful programs for global research and analytics companies, and we’re impressed with this extensive background in customer loyalty techniques for retail and technology sectors,” said Giovanni DeMeo, VP of global marketing and analytics for Interactions.
