FINDLAY, Ohio — Publix Super Markets, Kroger and Safeway ranked first through third in the supermarket category in RealPeopleRatings.com’s quarterly customer service survey, Corporate Research International here announced yesterday. Other categories included fast food restaurants (Subway ranked first), full-service restaurants (Texas Roundhouse), pizza restaurants (Cicci’s Pizza), convenience stores (BP) and drug stores (Walgreens), among others. RealPeopleRatings.com was launched in 2005 by Corporate Research International, a market research firm specializing in mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys. The company sends the quarterly surveys as online opinion polls to its pool of panelists, which included 3,074 panelists in this quarter’s survey.
