SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Green Hills Market here has begun a trial of Promotion Management Software Services from OfferWorks, Sacramento, Calif. The system is a centralized personalization and offer management platform, which manages the promotional marketing campaigns for grocery and other retail environments. The system automates the ad planning and creation process, building promotions based on the targeted ad channel — print, Web or in-store media. “Green Hills is excited to begin using this promotion software system and to take what once was a time consuming process and automate within our existing promotion structure,” said Lisa Piron, director of information technology at Green Hills, in a statement.
