COLUMBUS, Ohio — Kroger workers represented by United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1059 here have ratified a new labor agreement, the retailer said Monday. The agreement covers more than 11,000 workers in 87 stores in and around Columbus, and was reached well in advance of the current contract expiration in November.
