WASHINGTON — Wal-Mart Workers for Change, a group supported by the United Food and Commercial Workers union here, has stepped up its organizing campaign against the Bentonville, Ark. retailer. The group, which said it represents thousands of Wal-Mart workers in favor of creating a union, released a video last week showing current and former Wal-Mart workers arguing for union representation and accusing the employer repressing their efforts.
