Price Chopper Encourages Family Meals

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets has launched its third annual “Mealtimes Matter” initiative.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets has launched its third annual “Mealtimes Matter” initiative.

Under a partnership with Eat Smart New York! and Cornell Cooperative Extension, the effort is designed to increase the number of meals family eat together.

The Price Chopper Facebook page encourages users to share their tips for successful family meals. Beginning Thursday and through tomorrow Saturday, 18 Price Chopper stores will have Price Chopper dietitians and representatives from Cornell on hand to distribute literature, recipes and coupons.
