MODESTO, Calif. — Pharmacies at Save Mart and Lucky stores now offer customers a “19-Minute Promise” guarantee that they will fill up to three new prescriptions presented to their counters in 19 minutes or less. If the pharmacies fail to meet the mark, the customer receives dinner and a movie — a $10 Save Mart or Lucky gift card and a coupon for a one-night redbox movie rental. “Every pharmacy needs to fill every prescription accurately. Our pharmacies already provide excellent customer service, and now our 19-Minute Promise will ensure that we also deliver prescriptions quickly,” said Michele Snider, senior director of pharmacy at Save Mart Supermarkets here, owner and operator of Save Mart and Lucky stores and pharmacies. Save Mart Supermarkets operates 116 pharmacies in Northern California and Northern Nevada. The company operates nearly 250 stores.
